Abstract

The present invention relates to a sea sand concrete member of admixtures. The sea sand concrete member comprises sea sand used as concrete aggregates, cement, water and an admixture capable of releasing carbon dioxide, wherein the sea sand, the cement, the water and the admixture capable of releasing carbon dioxide are mixed in a ratio to form the sea sand concrete; the sea sand concrete member also comprises a cylindrical substrate capable of accommodating the sea sand concrete, wherein the cylindrical substrate is a fibre reinforced composite plastic pipe; and the sea sand concrete is poured in the cylindrical substrate for shaping so as to form the cylindrical substrate member. In the sea sand concrete member, the sea sand, the cement, the water and the admixture capable of releasing carbon dioxide are mixed in a ratio to form the sea sand concrete, calcium hydroxide in the sea sand concrete is reacted with carbon dioxide gas to form calcium carbonate, and because the calcium carbonate in the concrete can increase the contact interface of the sea sand and the cement mortar, the strength of the sea sand concrete is enhanced, the pores of the sea sand concrete are reduced, and the quality of the sea sand concrete member is improved.
本发明涉及一种外加剂的海砂混凝土构件,包括作为混凝土骨料的海砂、水泥、水及能释放二氧化碳的外加剂,将海砂、水泥、水及能释放二氧化碳的外加剂按比例搅拌混和形成海砂混凝土,还包括容纳所述海砂混凝土的柱状基体,所述柱状基体为纤维增强复合塑料管,将所述海砂混凝土灌入所述柱状基体中成形后形成海砂混凝土构件。本发明的海砂混凝土构件,将海砂、水泥、水及能释放二氧化碳的外加剂按比例搅拌混和形成海砂混凝土,海砂混凝土中的氢氧化钙与二氧化碳气体进行反应生成碳酸钙,由于碳酸钙在混凝土中能改善海砂与水泥浆的接触界面,增强海砂混凝土的强度,减少海砂混凝土的孔隙,提高了海砂混凝土构件的质量。
