Abstract

The invention relates to a gear shift mechanism for a two-cab tractor, which comprises a hydraulic directional valve for controlling the operating state of a gear box clutch, a reversing control lever for controlling switching over of the hydraulic directional valve, and a first gear operating lever and a second gear operating lever arranged in two cabs respectively, wherein the reversing controllever is connected with the first gear operating lever and the second gear operating lever through a link mechanism and a transfer mechanism. The gear shift mechanism is characterized in that the transfer mechanism consists of a reversing shaft, a first driving deflector rod, a second driving deflector rod, a driven deflector rod and deflector rod locking pieces; the locking pieces are arranged beside the first and the second driving deflector rods respectively; when the first driving deflector rod is locked by the locking piece, the second driving deflector rod is unlocked; when the second driving deflector rod is locked by the locking piece, the first driving deflector rod is unlocked; and the operating states of the two locking pieces and the rotation positions of axial grooves of a first annular shifting groove and a second annular shifting groove are synchronously controlled by a first gear operating lever and a second gear operating lever through a third link mechanism respectively. The gear shift mechanism has the advantages of simple structure and reliable operation; and particularly, the transfer mechanism can achieve that when one cab works, the gear operating lever of the other cab is locked so that the gear shift mechanisms of the two cabs have self-locking function to effectively avoid accidents caused by the misoperation of the gear shift mechanism by a person inthe other cab when the two-cab tractor puts into practical use.
双驾驶室牵引车换档机构,包括控制变速箱离合器工作状态的液压换向阀,控制液压换向阀换向的换向控制杆和分别位于两个驾驶室中的第一、第二档位操作杆;所述换向控制杆与第一、第二档位操作杆之间由连杆机构和分动机构相连;其特征是所述分动机构由换向轴、第一、第二主动拨杆、从动拨杆和拨杆锁紧件组成;在第一、第二主动拨杆旁分别设有锁紧件;当第一主动拨杆被锁紧件锁住时,第二主动拨杆松开;当第二主动拨杆被锁紧件锁住时,第一主动拨杆松开;上述两个锁紧件的工作状态和第一、第二环形拨槽轴向槽的旋转位置由第一、第二档位操作杆分别通过第三连杆机构同时控制。本发明具有结构简单、操作可靠的优点,尤其采用本发明所述的分动机构,能实现一个驾驶室工作时,另一个驾驶室的档位操作杆被锁住,使两个驾驶室的换档机构相互之间具有自锁功能,有效避免了双驾驶室牵引车在实际使用时另外一个驾驶室内的人员误操作换档机构引起的事故。
